The pipe uses a spiral mesh frame as the reinforced core layer, and the inner and outer layers of the pipe are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The steel mesh frame is tightly connected with the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using high-performance adhesive resin to form a strong pipe wall composite structure.

By adding steel wire reinforcement, the pressure resistance of composite pipes is significantly better than that of solid wall PE pipes, while maintaining the excellent corrosion resistance and non-scaling properties of PE pipes. The reinforcement layer is wrapped by continuous thermoplastic, which ensures the isolation of the steel wire from the external environment and extends its service life, thus ensuring the long-lasting pressure resistance of the pipeline.
The bonding resin used in composite pipes is a high-performance bonding material that is an HDPE modified material. It can be completely melted and fused with HDPE under heating. Additionally, its polar bonds have strong bonding properties with steel. By using adhesive resin, the problem of no connection factor between steel and HDPE was successfully solved and excellent composite effect was achieved. The steel mesh winding process enables the composite pipe to have a certain degree of flexibility in the axial direction while ensuring a low linear expansion coefficient, and shows strong resistance to environmental strain. This pipe is widely used in the field of water supply and is considered a new type of practical pipe.
