Currently, Hengcai Pipeline has established a "four-in-one" customer service system consisting of over 20 market headquarters, more than 100 market management offices, over 2, 000 marketing agencies, and over 10, 000 marketing service outlets, providing strong service support to customers.
At present, Hengcai Pipeline has 10 major pipeline systems, over 80 series, and more than 10, 000 varieties. Its products cover multiple system areas including construction, municipal engineering, home decoration, HVAC, fresh air, power cable sheathing, urban gas transmission and distribution, agricultural and forestry irrigation, and sanitary ware. It is one of the largest professional plastic pipe manufacturing companies in China.
As a high-tech enterprise, Hengcai Pipeline is a core member of the National Standardization Committee (SC3) and the vice chairman unit of the Pipeline Special Committee of the National Plastic Processing Association.
